Robert and Marie wanted their dining room to open onto the back yard instead of looking at it through a divided frame. The answer was a single mulled unit: a wide picture window in the center, flanked by a double hung on each side.
The fixed center pane keeps the sightline clear across the garden and patio, while the two double hungs still open for cross-breeze on summer evenings. Finished with natural wood interior trim to match the room.
